How we work with subject matter experts

We conduct expert consultations to better understand industries, markets, demand trends, competitive dynamics and other relevant information for buyside due diligence, restructuring, strategy, and voice of the customer reports.

Project Teams – Typically we integrate one or more executives or industry experts into our project teams to provide senior their insights and perspectives on all aspects of a project.

We work with law firms to provide expert witness services for litigation and arbitration. As part of the process we typically work with the expert to help them understand the expert witness process as well as providing support with data, analysis, modeling, and exhibit preparation.

We work on a variety of projects with experts including buy side due diligence, strategy consulting, sell side diligence / exit preparation, litigation support, customer due diligence / voice of the customer  acquisition target identification, restructuring support, and startup / management team assistance.
